An autopsy did not point to any foul play in the death of Lucas Dudden, according to the Aitkin County sheriff.
Patrick David Bullard, 49, of Cannon Falls, Minnesota, was sentenced to a year in jail, but stayed the time for two years of supervised probation.

In having his case moved out of juvenile court, Patrick Battees Jr. will face the possiblity of more than 20 years in prison if convicted of fatally shooting Juamada Anderson Jr.

"I get angry when I think of how (Jesse) Powell hunts for his victims, under the guise of helping us, and how he kept getting away with it," one of the victims said.
Michael David Johnson allegedly said he "wasn't going back to jail" and approached officers with two knives in April.
A burglary in progress was reported Tuesday night at the Teeny Weeny Miniature Cottage Shop in Duluth. Nicholas Wayne Devault told police that he just wanted to get a gift for his niece.
