The Bemidji High School Junior ROTC recently held its annual blood drive. A total of 64 students and teachers signed up to support the blood drive, which resulted in 50 successful draws. Meeting the 50-unit benchmark is critical because that meets the limit of Memorial Blood Center to give a $500 scholarship to one of the JROTC seniors for college, a press release said.
