WAVERLY -- The Bemidji State women’s golf team settled into seventh place in the eight-team Upper Iowa Spring Invitational March 30-31 at the Prairie Links Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa.
BSU tallied a team score of 764 on the two-day invite. Lauren Stockmoe led the Beavers individually, firing a 176 (88-88) for 26th place, while Elise Stockmoe followed in 35th with a 183 (98-85). Tailor Ellingson was 36th with a 186 (100-86), and Grace Van Brocklin carded a 219 (113-106) for 47th.
Minnesota State won the invite with a team score of 640, while MSU’s Haley Tollette earned medalist honors with a 158 (83-75).
Bemidji State will return to the links for the Augustana Invitational, April 13-14 in Sioux Falls, S.D.
