VOLLEYBALL: BSU swept by MSUM

MOORHEAD - The Bemidji State volleyball team dropped its final road game of 2015 at Minnesota State Moorhead, 3-0 (25-20, 25-12, 25-13).
With the loss, the Beavers fall to 6-21 (4-14 NSIC) while the Dragons improve to 15-11 (8-10 NSIC).
The Beavers were led by junior Jessica Yost who had 10 kills and also made five digs in the match. Senior Kayla DeJong led the Beavers with 11 digs, while fellow senior Ashley Kiecker made 17 assists. Kiecker and freshman Kori Leist tied for the team lead with three blocks each. Junior Amanda Tronick added four kills and tallied two service aces for the Beavers.
BSU will wrap-up the 2015 regular season next weekend at home by hosting the University of Mary and Minot State.
