PARK RAPIDS -- The Bemidji High School gymnastics team cruised past Park Rapids on the road Tuesday, defeating the Panthers 138.7-126.225.
Over the four events, the Lumberjacks secured 11 of 12 scores inside the top three, including all four event wins.
Mady Schmidt captured the all-around crown with a score of 34.775. She was first in floor with a 9.35, second in vault (8.95) and beam (8.675) and fourth in bars (7.8).
Lauren Berg grabbed a pair of wins for BHS with a score of 9.25 on vault and 9.0 on beam. Berg also finished third on floor (8.7) and fifth on bars (7.65) to place second in the all-around at 34.6.
Tatum Offerdahl captured the Lumberjacks’ fourth and final event win, recording a score of 9.25 on bars.

Bemidji’s Addison Hill placed third in the all-around at 33.4, highlighted by a third-place showing of 8.3 on bars.
Elsewhere for BHS, Aubrey DeWitt placed second on bars (8.4) and third on beam (8.625). Leah Lucas rounded out the top-three marks with bronze on vault at 8.7.
BHS will return to home turf at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, with a match against Detroit Lakes at the Gym Bin.
