THIEF RIVER FALLS -- Four different Prowlers tickled the twine on Saturday afternoon in Thief River Falls, as TRF exploded for a 6-1 win over the Bemidji High School hockey team.
The Lumberjacks dropped their sixth matchup in seven games, falling to 6-9-1 on the season.
Max Arlt was first on the scoreboard for Thief River Falls (6-8), netting the lone goal of the first period just 2:17 into the game.
Tysen Loeffler tacked on another two goals for the Prowlers in the second period, scoring 42 seconds into the frame and again at the 12:59 mark.
In the third period, Wyatt Mattfield scored for Bemidji at the 5:18 mark off assists from Noah Mannausau and Casey Rupp. But it only came after Brendan Bottem made it 4-0, and TRF added two more goals before the finish to secure the 6-1 final.

Bemidji is back in action at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, at East Grand Forks.
