Northland Outdoors Forecast: Warmer for this last weekend of January

Temperatures will be warmer this weekend, but a breeze is expected for the area.

A west and southwest wind will start to draw in some warmer air to the western Dakotas on Friday. Expect light winds and quiet weather for the eastern Dakotas, Minnesota, and into Wisconsin.

Winds pick up on Saturday out of the northwest. It looks fairly gusty over the eastern part of North Dakota on Saturday afternoon.

We warm into the 20s for a large portion of the region. I'm seeing warmer temperatures for central North Dakota, South Dakota, and southern Minnesota Saturday afternoon.
