ST. PAUL -- The Bemidji Aerials compulsory gymnastics team, which consists of Junior Olympic levels 3-5, started its season at the Piper Preview Invitational at Hamline University in St. Paul last weekend.
Level 3 gymnasts included Kendra Johnson and Aerie Hill. Johnson finished the meet with a 34.25 all-around score, while Hill scored a 33.625.
Competing in Level 4 were Addison Hill (33.85), Ava Phrakonkham (33.525), Lauren Bruley (33.45), Kasey Stenseth (31.2), Cameron Roff (30.9), Kaitlyn Workman (30.075) and Bella Reierson (27.575).
Taylor Hanks led the level 5 team with a 33.05 AA score. Following were Aurora Frank (31.625) and Kennedy Olson (30.325).
Next up for the Aerials is a home meet at the Gym Bin on Saturday, Oct. 6.
