COLLEGE FOOTBALL: BSU adds seven transfers

BEMIDJI -- The Bemidji State football team announced the addition of seven transfers Wednesday to join the roster in the spring of 2018, including three wide receivers, three defensive backs and a linebacker.

Junior wide receiver Malik Williams and junior defensive backs Duane Barnes and Quadarious Gordon are all from Florida and each transferred from Northland Community and Technical College.

Sophomore linebacker Jaylen Jenkins, originally from Chicago, comes from Davenport University, while Peoria, Ariz. native Evan Ford (junior DB) transferred from Adams State.

A pair of sophomore wide receivers, James Lipscomb of Country Club Hills, Ill. and Madison, Ohio native Dhell Duncan-Busby, transferred from Midwestern Prep Academy.

The seven transfers raise BSU’s signing number from 34 to 41 incoming players for the upcoming season.
