IRVING, Texas -- Senior Bemidji State football defensive back Andrew Walock was one of 1,661 athletes from across the country to be selected to the 2019 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. Walock joins athletes from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers, as released by the NFF and College Hall of Fame.

Walock, a native of Apple Valley, appeared in all 11 games during his senior season for the Beavers. He was a member of the 2018 Fall Academic All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Team while totaling 32 tackles with 21 solo and 11 assisted.
Walock is a business administration major with a 3.52 GPA. He transferred to BSU prior to the 2017 season from Central Lakes College.
