BLOOMINGTON – Megan Dahl has done it again.

After being honored as NSIC Defensive Player of the Week during the 2021 season, the Bemidji State women’s soccer defender has won the award once again, this time for the week of Oct. 3.

Dahl anchored the Beavers’ backline in allowing eight combined shots on goal in road games against Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State, including just three for the Huskies on Sunday. She also contributed to the offensive effort, scoring BSU’s first goal – and her first goal of the year – against the Bulldogs on Friday.

Also winning weekly awards from the conference were Augustana's Josie Arduser, who was named the league’s Offensive Player of the Week, and St. Cloud State's Evie Kohn, who was named Goalkeeper of the Week.

Bemidji State returns to the pitch against Winona State at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, at Chet Anderson Stadium. The Beavers will also host Upper Iowa for Senior Day at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9, at the Chet.
