The Beavers welcomed new athletes to various programs for the 2023-24 season as the early signing period opened for business.
Bemidji State concludes the 2022 season with a 4-24 overall record, including a 3-17 mark in conference play. BSU finished in 15th place in the NSIC standings.

Sophomore setter and Bemidji native Emily Wade finished the night with a season-high 32 set assists, which put her over 1,000 in her collegiate career. Wade also hit 1,000 set assists with Bemidji High School in 2020.
The Bemidji State volleyball team played its first five-set marathon in a month on Tuesday, losing 3-2 to Minnesota Crookston in Crookston.

With Saturday’s loss, the Beavers (3-20, 2-13 NSIC) have officially been eliminated from postseason contention.
The Beavers have another top-10 challenge on deck, next hosting No. 4 Minnesota Duluth at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, in the BSU Gymnasium.
The Bemidji State volleyball team won the opening set on Saturday against Winona State, but the Warriors rallied and came back for a 3-1 win in Winona.
