GRAND RAPIDS -- The Bemidji High School boys golf team completed the first day of play at the two-day Grand Rapids Invitational Friday at Pokegama Golf Course.
The Lumberjacks carded a team score of 343 through the first 18 holes.
Croix Golden paced the team by posting a round of 83. He was followed by teammates Bjorn Jorgenson and Noah Burgess (85 each), Dylan Hinners (90), Jackson Sturk (91) and Michael Tews (93).
The final round is set to tee off at 9 a.m. Saturday.
