The Bemidji Lumberjacks wrestling team winds up its regular season tonight, hosting its second triangular of the week with St. Cloud Tech and Moorhead.
The boys hockey team completes a hectic week at Warroad while the gymnasts end their regular schedule at Fergus Falls.
The matmen divided their two matches Tuesday, bowing to Bagley-Fosston 45-35 before beating BCLB 62-18.
Tonight's opponents will present a far stiffer assignment.
The Jacks open with Tech at 5 and close with Moorhead at 8 after then Tigers and Spuds come to grips at 6:30.

Tech brings a 5-11 mark in dual matches into the battle with Bemidji 5-15.
Both have beaten Alexandria and both were well beaten by Brainerd in their only matches against common foes.

Moorhead, a longtime doormat in 8-3A wrestling, has made major strides in rebuilding its program and is 10-6 in duals.
They also have beaten Alexandria but also beat Detroit Lakes 44-27, a team that stopped the Jacks 37-28.
Bemidji should have Dale Norton back in the lineup tonight after he sat out Tuesday's bouts.

Tough task

The hockey team completes its toughest week of the year if not ever.
It pushed Roseau to the limit Monday before bowing 4-3 and was blanked at Moorhead 3-0 Tuesday.
Tonight, it faces Section 8A's power at Warroad.
The Warriors are 18-4, splitting with Roseau, East Grand Forks and Thief River and losing 5-4 to Grand Rapids.
They trail Moorhead and Roseau in the Mariucci Conference in a tight race and are second to TRF in the 8A standings.
Among their 18 wins is a 6-3 decision at Bemidji in December.
The Jacks, once 11-6, have dropped four of their past five starts to stand 12-10 and need at least one win in their final three games to end over the .500 mark.
Gymnasts favored

The gymnasts should win at Fergus.
They took last year's meeting here 131-121 and have been averaging around 5-10 points higher than the Otters through the y ear.
They beat Park Rapids 131-118 in their last start.
It will be the final regular season start for seniors Rachel Bell, Kati Parker and Amanda Sycks, Sycks just returning from a season long injury.
Sophs Katie Jensen, Nicole McDonald, Jessie Bergquist, Chelsea Anderson and Tiana Stinar, freshman Alyshia Moe and seventh grader Amy Carey have contributed points the past six starts.
