Bemidji State's own Zuzana Tomcikova played an unbelievable game in net and it's tough to prove that to anyone looking at the score alone.
You could see the Bemidji State green breaking through the Slovakian blue shell attached to her breezers as she braced the Canadian attack. Tomcikova represented her homeland with heart, but she also gave our community pride in the way she carried herself on the Olympic stage in the face of certain defeat.
