Beltrami County Sheriff's Deputy Teri Speck and Investigator Scott Hinners received Awards of Merit for their diligence and persistent investigative tactics that led to the arrest of a dangerous subject who had engaged in criminal activity with juvenile females in Beltrami and Cass County.
