Ramona “Mona” Kathleen Fletcher

Ramona “Mona” Kathleen Fletcher, 59, of Booneville Arkansas passed away, October 27th, 2020 at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the Mission Community Center and will be limited to family due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

She was born on November 8, 1960, to William and Muriel (Phelps) Ross in Belcourt, ND. She was married to Thomas John Fletcher for 33 years. In 1984, she met Thomas John Fletcher in Alaska. Mona had four children, Vernon, Daniel, Jeanne, and Tim Fletcher. Together with Tom for 33 years, Mona travelled many places and lived in Alaska, Washington, Arizona, Montana, Florida and Arkansas.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Fletcher; sons Daniel (Ashley) Fletcher, Timothy Fletcher; daughter Jeanne Fletcher; brothers David (Sue Hamre) Ross, Henry (Cari Tabor) Ross; sisters Patti Ann Thomas, Priscilla Smith; stepmom Carolyn Ross; grandchildren Cody and Rebecca; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; father William Ross; mother Muriel Ross; brothers William Lee Ross and Jon Curtis Ross, and sister Gloria Joy Ross Pearsall.
