Robert Ernest Innes

Born in Bemidji, Minnesota on May 28, 1931. Bob resided in Long Lake, Minnesota for over 60 years where he passed away on May 14, 2022.

Bob, “Bobcat” “Snowflake” was raised in Bemidji, Minnesota where he learned to love fishing, hunting, and the outdoors. He was extremely proud of his Bemidji heritage. He was also a proud Veteran and father of his two sons Robert Jr. and Scott. Bob is loved by so many; his humor and contagious laugh will be missed.

Preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Ernest and Geneva Innes. His beloved wife, Charlotte (Dam) and his brother, Daniel Lee Innes. He will be greatly missed by his sons, Robert (Vickie) and Scott Innes. His granddaughter, Emilee (Corey) Metcalf and great granddaughters, Ada and Elizabeth Metcalf. Grandson, Robert (Ashley) Innes, great grandson, Myles and great granddaughter, Madilyn.

Visitation at Rettinger’s Funeral Home: Long Lake-Orono on June 2, 2022, at 2pm-4pm, service at 4pm. Gathering in Bemidji at a later date.
