Marjorie Brackin

Marjorie Ann Brackin Born Sept 11, 1941 in Ankeny, IA to Loyal and Ilene Catlett. Marge passed April 25, 2021 at home.

Memorial Services to be June 26, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji, MN. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Bemidji.

Marjorie went to school and graduated from Mormon Trail High School in Garden Grove, IA

She married Keith David and they had 3 children. They moved to Bemidji, MN in 1974.

She Married Chuck Brackin in 1982. They enjoyed 36 wonderful years as husband and wife in Bemidji until his passing in Nov of 2018. Marge and Chuck enjoyed fishing and trips to visit the grandchildren. Marge retired from the State Farm office in Bemidji after working there for many years. In Jan of 2020 she moved to Omaha, NE to live with her son Andy David and wife Dawn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Pat Comb, and beloved husband Chuck Brackin.

She is survived by siblings Elaine Silcott (Jerry), Sharon Barbieri (Nello), Barb Tjaden (Bill Yokum), Sandra Sapp and Larry Catlett. She is also survived by her children Randy David (Jodi), Dardenne Prairie, MO, Andy David (Dawn), Omaha NE, John Brackin (Susan Lander) Darrington WA, Melinda Frieze (Rich) Omaha, NE, Michelle Dudley, (Shane Bachmann) West Fargo, ND, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
