Helen was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on January 14, 1950. She spent most of her adult life as a homemaker. She enjoyed making Ukrainian dishes and her family loved eating them. The most important thing in her life was her relationship with Jehovah God. She taught her daughters the truth of the Bible and also faithfully preached and taught others about God’s Kingdom right up until her death. She had strong faith in the Bible’s teaching of the earthly resurrection and her family looks forward to welcoming her back soon. She is survived by her daughters Elana (Jim) Wilkins and Jenny (Rob) Gaude, grandchildren Ryan (Taylor) Wilkins, Rachel (Jason) Raveling and Shelby Gaude. She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley, all of her brothers and sisters, and her parents. The Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji assisted the family.
