Delbert Peck

Delbert Peck, 83, of Bemidji MN died Saturday, June 20, 2020 at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Eckles Community Center, 9735 Cardinal Road, Bemidji MN. Family will greet family and friends one hour prior to the service.

Delbert Eugene Peck was born April 4, 1937 in Aberdeen, SD to Fred & Leola “Dode” Peck. As a young boy, the family moved to a farm near Nebish, MN. Delbert went to work for Ron Tryson Construction. He married Shirley Hart on June 11, 1965 in Bemidji, MN. Delbert went to work for Thorson, Inc. and would remain there until his retirement in 1998. He enjoyed attending and working at auction sales as well as fixing tires. Delbert also enjoyed tractor pulls where he was also successful in winning many championships in his division.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Wesley Peck, Roxann (Ron) Caskey and Cindy (Brian) Lieske; 4 grandchildren; twin brother, Darrel Peck. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, LeRoy.
