ST. PAUL, Minn. - Dean Winans, 66, Stacy, Minn., died Wednesday, Feb. 3, in Regions Hospital.

A celebration of life will be from 3-7 p.m. Saturday, May 22, at Lazy Jack’s in Bemidji, Minn.
