Dale “Hans” Kaasa

Dale “Hans” Edward Kaasa, 57, died on June 16, 2020.

Dale was born June 12, 1963 to Eivind “LeRoy” and Grace (Holey) Kaasa of Puposky, MN. As a child his family moved and made their home in Maple Ridge Township, MN. As a teenager and throughout his adult life, Dale has worked for numerous farms to name a few are John Gilbertsons, his uncle Oscar Kaasa and Gary and Jeanette Deray. He loved working in the woods. He worked for a construction company in Fargo, ND and always throughout the years worked for his long time friends Tony Lyseng and Steve Stai.

Dale is survived by his daughter, Melissa Welch; 4 grandchildren, Caleb, Logan, Savannah and Sydney; two brothers, Leon (Julie) Kaasa and David (Brandy) Kaasa; two sisters, Norene (Terry) Sys and Laurie (Leslie) Prince and many nieces and nephews.
