FOSSTON, Minn. - Arthur Wagner, 83, Fosston, Minn., died Tuesday, Feb. 4, in Essentia Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 10, at Cease Family Funeral Home Chapel in Bagley, Minn. Visitation will continue from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a funeral at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, at United Lutheran Church in Berner, Minn. The Rev. Kris Snyder will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
