Bemidji State football coach Jeff Tesch has been selected as a finalist for the St. Cloud State head coaching position.
Tesch, who signed a four-year contract extension in February, will be interviewed Wednesday in St. Cloud.
The finalists for the job include St. Cloud State University acting head football coach and defensive coordinator Scott Underwood and Wartburg College athletic director Rick Willis.
Tesch's public interview session will be held from from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. in room 302 of Halenbeck Hall at SCSU.
Tesch has held the head coaching position at Bemidji State since 1996 and has a career record of 78-51 with the Beavers.

He led the Beavers to the 2006 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championship.
Prior to joining the BSU program, Tesch was an assistant head coach/offensive line coach at the University of North Dakota from 1986 to 1996. He has also has coached with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Central Missouri State, Montana State University, and Moorhead State University.
Underwood joined the Husky staff in 2001 as the defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. In December of 2007 he was named the acting head coach when former head coach Randy Hedberg was reassigned within the Univeristy.
Underwood has also served as assistant coach at the University of North Dakota, the University of Sioux Falls and Augustana College.
Rick Willis will be interviewed Tuesday at Halenbeck Hall. Willis currently serves as the Director of Athletics at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
He has been the athletic director since January of 2005. Prior to becoming the athletic director, he was the head football coach at Wartburg for nine seasons, compiling a 79-17 record.
He led teams to Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships in 1999, 2002, 2003, and 2004. Wartburg was an NCAA Division II National Playoff Qualifier in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
He has also been the interim softball coach, assistant athletic director and associate athletic director at Wartrburg.

St. Cloud State will join the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference this fall, following the folding of the North Central Conference.
St. Cloud State is the only team in the conference left without a coach.
Minnesota-Duluth athletic director Bob Nielson took over the Bulldogs head coaching position when Kyle 'Bubba' Schweigert left to coach at Southern Illinois.
Todd Hoffner took over the Minnesota State University, Mankato head coaching position in January. He is a former defensive coordinator at the University of South Dakota and former Wisconsin-Eau Claire head coach.
