Shevlin Avenue reconstruction project

BEMIDJI -- The Shevlin Avenue reconstruction project began on Monday and the streets affected by this will be Shevlin Avenue Southwest from First Street East to Washington Avenue South. Normal hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday with some Saturdays involved. The road will be closed to thru traffic and not passable during the day.
