John William Hillman, 33, of Nevis, has been ordered to return to prison.
Hillman had his probation revoked during a hearing Monday in Itasca County District Court and was ordered to serve 91 months in prison, according to Itasca County Attorney John J. Muhar.
Hillman, who previously was convicted of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, admitted during that hearing that he violated his probation by having contact with one of his victims and failing to complete sexual offender treatment, Muhar said in a press release.
The court ordered on Thursday that Hillman will be held without bail until his next court appearance at 9:30 a.m. April 14.
