John William Hillman, 33, of Nevis, appeared in Itasca County District Court Thursday in reference to an alleged probation violation, according to Itasca County Attorney John J. Muhar.
Hillman is accused of violating his probation associated with previous convictions of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Muhar said in a press release.
Hillman is accused of contacting one of his victims on March 18, which would be a violation of the court's order to not contact his victims, the press release said.
The court ordered on Thursday that Hillman be held without bail in the Itasca County Jail until his next court appearance at 10 a.m. March 31.
