BEMIDJI -- The Salvation Army has openings at five Bemidji locations this holiday season for volunteers to ring the bells for donations.
To ring at either Lueken’s Village Food Stores or the Paul Bunyan Mall, call Carol at (218) 333-4185. To ring in the evening at Marketplace Foods or the Paul Bunyan Mall, call Patti Jones at (218) 308-5234. To ring outside at L & M Fleet or Walmart call Gene at (218) 556-8048.
Time slots are usually two hours at a time, but officials said they will work with whatever time people can give.
The ringing season begins Wednesday and continues through Christmas Eve.
“Realtor Day” is scheduled for Dec. 4. If there are any realtors in the area who would like to ring on that day, call Carol at (218) 333-4185.
