The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Personal injury accident

6:19 p.m. Sunday, Lake Avenue North and East Avenue Northeast. Ladonna Pope, 58, of Bemidji, was driving a 1999 Chevy Blazer when she lost control of the vehicle and hit a snow bank. The vehicle went up into the snow bank and then flipped on its top. Pope was transported by a private vehicle to North Country Regional Hospital where she was treated and released.

Theft

8:32 a.m. Monday, Bemidji State University's Sanford Hall. BSU Security reported that a desk was broken into sometime during the weekend. Stolen items include one roll of 39-cent stamps and a key ring containing miscellaneous keys.

Vehicle theft

1:07 p.m. Monday, 400 block of 15th Street West. A woman reported the theft of a black 1995 Chevy Cavalier with the license plate number GWK347. The woman said the vehicle was taken sometime between 3 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Property damage

9:08 a.m. Monday, 626 Minnesota Ave. N.W.

1:43 p.m. Monday, State Highway 72 and Main Street in Kelliher.

Theft

1:42 p.m. Monday, 600 block of Main Street in Blackduck. A man reported that approximately 10 bars of custom-made homeopathic soaps were stolen from his home sometime within the past month. The soaps are valued at approximately $45.

Fire report

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:

10:14 p.m. Monday, 5000 block of Theater Lane Northwest. Carbon monoxide check - nothing was found.

12:44 a.m. Tuesday, 5100 block of Theater Lane Northwest. Firefighters were called to check on a gas smell. It was unfounded.

8:27 a.m. Tuesday, Goldpine Home. Medical call.
