Burglary
10:57 a.m. Tuesday, 2400 block of Plantagenet Road Southwest. A man reported someone forcibly entered his garage. A three-horsepower air compressor valued at $20 was taken.
Fire report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
11:02 a.m. Wednesday, Taco Bell. Report of gas leak. Nothing found upon investigation.
9:36 a.m. Wednesday, 700 block of 17th Street Northwest. Medical call.

State Patrol report
The Minnesota State Patrol in Thief River Falls responded to the following calls:
5:35 p.m. Tuesday, two miles east of Grygla on State Highway 89. Mark Sax, 47, of Grygla suffered minor injuries after the airbag in the 2005 Buick LeSabre he was a passenger in deployed as a result of a collision. A 1992 Chevy pickup driven by Richard Olson, 49, of Grygla slid on ice at the intersection of Dylan Road and State Highway 89 and into the path of a vehicle driven by Melinda Treitline-Sax, 53, of Grygla. Neither driver was injured in the collision. Mark Sax was treated at the scene for minor injuries to his face.
7:49 a.m. Tuesday, Fifth Street Bridge at U.S. Highway 2. Zachary Bryant, 17, of Bemidji was taken to North Country Regional Hospital in Bemidji and treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released after the 1991 Toyota pickup he was driving slid on ice and collided with the bridge wall.
