Police Department

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Theft

3:36 p.m. Monday, Hungry Bear Buffet. A Motorola flip phone was left on the table. When the owner returned to retrieve it, the phone was gone. Several calls have since been made on the phone and a ring tone was downloaded. The phone number has been canceled.

Theft from vehicle

3:36 p.m. Tuesday, 2100 block of Bardwell Drive Northwest. A vehicle was broken into two nights in a row. Nothing was taken.

Party complaint

12:07 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of 26th Street Northwest.

Sheriff's Office

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:

Theft

11:04 a.m. Tuesday, Big Wolf Lake Southeast. A 6-foot by 8-foot black canvas fish house was stolen while on Big Wolf Lake. The loss is valued at $500.

1:16 p.m. Tuesday, 7800 block of Grandview Drive Northwest. A $50 Wal-Mart gift card was possibly stolen.

3:24 p.m. Tuesday, Wapiti Road Northwest. A portable deer stand was stolen. The loss is valued at $150.

12:10 p.m. Tuesday, 1400 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. Medical call.

3:44 p.m. Tuesday, 9600 block of Chad Drive Northwest. Gas leak.

7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nymore Evergreen Acres. Life assist.

8:57 a.m. Thursday, 3100 block of Maple Leaf Court Northwest. Medical call.

9:39 a.m. Wednesday, County Road 7 and County Road 14. Personal-injury accident; canceled en route.

10:08 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of 10th Street Northwest. Medical call.
