Theft
12:20 p.m. Tuesday, First Baptist Church. A boy had his MP3 player stolen when he left it momentarily to get some pizza. The MP3 player is described as a Microsoft Zune with case and is valued at about $290.
7:34 p.m. Thursday, Paul Bunyan Mall. A purse was reported missing from Famous Footwear.

9:39 p.m. Thursday, Maple Hall at Bemidji State University. The smell of marijuana was reported.
Hit-and-run accident
1:17 a.m. Thursday, 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast.
