BICAP Head Start/ Early Head Start recently held the 2015-16 Reading is Fundamental distribution. The program, sponsored by Macy’s, does at least four distributions during the school year. Each distribution is completed in a classroom and includes a parent and child literacy activity. Parents are invited to pick a book with their child. Each distribution involves 136 children for the Bemidji BICAP site.
