Raymond R. Kelley, 90, of St. Cloud, died Sept. 21, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Sept. 27 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in St. Cloud with the Rev. Greg Lieser officiating. Burial was in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls. Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home of St. Cloud was in charge of arrangements.

He was born May 1, 1920 in St. Cloud to the late Joseph and Myrtle (Swanson) Kelley. He married Celia Burczyk in January of 1941 at St. Mary's Cathedral in St. Cloud. He was in the United States Army and served his country in World War II.

He lived in the Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud area all his married life. He was a polisher for Granite Sheds in St. Cloud and was also a carpenter. His favorite place to be was working in his workshop. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, walking and telling stories.

He is survived by his wife, Celia; sons, Robert (Rose) Kelley of St. Cloud, John (Patricia) Birk of Anchorage, AK and Allan Kelley of Wasilla, AK; three grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by twin daughters, Patricia and Purcilla; a son, Roger Kelley; brother, Edward Kelley and sisters, Violet Swanson and Rose Kelley.
