1:52 a.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of Birchmont Drive Northeast. Officers responded to a report of someone locked out of a house with their child still inside. A man was arrested on a warrant.
Thefts
7:06 p.m. Tuesday, 23rd Street Northeast. A bike was reported stolen.
1:56 p.m. Tuesday, 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Someone drove away without paying for gas.
