Suspicious
10:24 p.m., 300 block of Grant Avenue Southeast. Report of someone ringing the caller's doorbell. Unable to locate anyone in the area.
Assist

8:57 p.m. Friday, 900 block of 30th Street Northwest. Tenant locked out of apartment and unable to locate landlord. Assisted with opening door and verified she was tenant.
Burglary
8:27 p.m. Friday, 2800 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. Caller reported someone had entered unlocked apartment and stolen prescription medicine.
Trespass
6:49 p.m. Friday, 800 block of America Avenue Northwest. A man was arrested and cited for violation of a no-trespass order.
Tows
5:38 p.m. Friday, 300 block of Third Street Northwest on Night We Light Parade route. Attempt was first made to contact owner prior to tow. Vehicle was released and parking ticket was voided.
5:31 p.m. Friday, 300 block of Third Street Northwest on Night We Light Parade route. Attempted to contact owner of vehicle prior to towing. Owner was cleared to settle with tow company and get vehicle back. Parking ticket was voided.

Assault
200 block of Third Street Northwest. A woman walked into a store, told people inside that she had been assaulted, and left. Police were unable to locate the woman, who was alone.
Harassment
3:49 p.m. Friday, 1600 block of 23rd Street Northwest. Caller was having problems with neighborhood children. A family member had already spoken with the children.
9:46 a.m. Friday, 300 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. A woman reported a threatening text.
Vehicle calls/complaints
2:26 p.m. Friday, 2500 block of Park Avenue Northwest. Vehicle door had been popped open and items had been gone through. Nothing was taken.
1:25 p.m. Friday, 1900 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. A vehicle had been tampered with sometime during the night. Nothing was missing.

8:40 a.m. Friday, 2800 block of Ridgeway Avenue Northwest. Items were taken from a vehicle.
3:45 a.m. Friday, Paul Bunyan Mall. Juvenile female shoplifter at Vanity.
Disorderly conduct
1:28 a.m. Friday, Corner Bar. Possible fight; parties were separated and sent on their way.
