Suspicious
12:51 p.m. Thursday, 800 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. A suspicious vehicle with two adult men was reported approaching children at Central Elementary School.
Harassment

9:48 a.m. Thursday, Bemidji Middle School. A student passed a threatening note to another student in retaliation for one child being reported for using his phone in class.

4:49 p.m. Thursday, Hart Lane Northwest. Retirement funds were reported stolen.
6:24 a.m. Thursday, 600 block of Main Street North, Blackduck. A vehicle was reported stolen. The vehicle was said to have keys in the ignition and gas in the tank.
Littering
2:10 p.m. Thursday, Adams Avenue Southwest. A resident called to report possible illegal dumping on county land.

1:32 p.m. Thursday, U.S. Highway 2 West. Two women, ages 25 and 29, were arrested for a warrant and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
