BEMIDJI -- No one was hurt in a house fire on Tuesday night in Bemidji Township, officials said in a release.
The Bemidji Fire Department received a report of a fire at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday at the 3000 block of Jackson Avenue Southwest. When they arrived, firefighters found that the fire was contained in the bedroom of the home, and the blaze was quickly extinguished. Firefighters were on scene for approximately two hours.
The release said the building sustained minor damage and that the fire appears to be accidental.
