A 29-year-old Bemidji man suffered multiple stab wounds early Friday morning at a residence on the 900 block of 30th Street Northwest, according to the Bemidji Police Department.
Authorities responded to the stabbing at 4:21 a.m. and located the victim and the suspect, a 23-year-old Cass Lake man.
The victim was transported to North Country Regional Hospital, where he remained in stable condition Saturday.
The suspect was arrested and taken to Beltrami County Jail.
The Bemidji Police Department, Beltrami Country Sheriff's Department, Bemidji Ambulance and Bemidji Fire Department responded.
