Perry Lee Pine was last seen at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, in Squaw Lake near state Highway 46.
Pine may be in the Cass Lake, Duluth, Cloquet or the Prairie Island area. He also could be headed to Lame Deer, Montana.
He may have medical issues.
He also goes by the names Sedric Spotted Elk or Kenneth Spotted Elk.
He is described as 5-foot-11. 175 pounds with black hair that is slightly graying on top. He has brown eyes and was last seen wearing a beige or gray sweatshirt, light-colored blue jeans and white tennis shoes with the word "air" on them.
