The Bemidji High tennis team rebounded from its first loss of the year to beat Detroit Lakes 6-1 Tuesday on the Lakers' courts.
Tomorrow it heads to Thief River for a key section test with the Prowlers, one that figures to be extremely close.
Bemidji won three of the four singles and swept the doubles to beat the Lakers.
All seven matches went in straight sets.
Singles winners were Matt Thompson, Ryan Rude and Ben Holter.

Bemidji also swept a trio of exhibition matches.
