Bemidji Area Schools' Vocalmotive show choir kicked off its 27th season at the Onalaska Show Choir Classic Competition at Onalaska High School on Jan. 15.
The group was awarded grand champion and received honors for best band, best vocals and best choreography.
Their annual dinner shows, postponed due to the week-long closure of the district the week of Jan. 17, will now be held the weekend of Feb. 11-13.
Show times include 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11; 1 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12; and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13.
