City garbage pick-up date changes for President's Day

BEMIDJI — City of Bemidji residential refuse customers who are normally picked up on Monday, Feb. 20, will be picked up on Tuesday, Feb. 21, due to President's Day holiday. City offices will also be closed in observance of the holiday.
