Bemidjians awoke to a blanket of wet snow on their fall foliage on Friday morning as the first flakes hit the region throughout the night.
Though most of it was melted by mid-day, it made for a beautiful morning commute as fall colors peeked through the white layer of snow and fog hovered over Lake Bemidji.
