Bemidji 2022 Street Renewal Project to begin construction May 16

BEMIDJI — The city of Bemidji and Northern Paving, Inc. will start construction for the 2022 Street Renewal Project on Monday, May 16.

Streets included in the project are:

• 10th St. NE, from Bemidji Ave. N to Dewey Ave. NE
• Dewey Ave. NE, from 10th St. NE to 12th St. NE
• Ridgeway Ave. NW, from Paul Bunyan Drive to 30th St. NW

Working hours for the project will typically be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some construction might also occur on Saturdays.
The majority of the project area will remain passable for residents living where construction is occurring, but roads will be closed to other traffic. Local traffic will be detoured to other streets.
