BEMIDJI-Several local students took part in BSU's Madrigal Dinners this year, which began Nov. 30. This is the 49th year for the theatrical production, during which singers recreate the atmosphere of a renaissance feast once held in English castles.
Local students include:
Bagley: Megan Flaherty, senior, music education, beggar.
Bemidji: Annalise Aakhus, senior, music education, cellar keeper; Benjamin Larson, junior, music, waiter/greeter/valet; Joshua Sorenson, senior, music education, the King.
Pennington: Evan Byler, sophomore, music, member of the royal court.
