I am tired of living in a police-state existence in our so-called free country. We have stomped all over the Constitution with our moralizing and attempting to run and control how others live. There are people ruining their lives and bodies daily with meth. Why? It is because there are not any safer alternative drugs available.
People like to alter their states but our Draconian government refuses to recognize this. We are drowning in what are called "mommy laws." This came with the acceptance of women in Congress. Women seem to feel the need to control all annoying behaviors with laws and more laws; for example, laws against loud mufflers, squealing tires, swearing in a store, etc. Why call the police when two people are arguing in a parking lot? We accept tattle-tailing to the point of ad nauseam. We have literally cloned the American worker. They all dress, act and speak alike or they get canned.
We over-use terms like professionalism and unbecoming behavior, thus enabling people to lose their jobs for any small dumb reason. We expect and demand perfection. Everyone behaves so dulled down (maybe due to anti-depressant mania). No one acts cocky, happy, silly, fruity and in charge of their own lives any longer.
I miss the olden days of squealing tires, roaring mufflers and just the general "in your face broads." What are you going to do about it? Life is way too oppressive.
