We would like to thank Duane Ebbighausen and Jim Heltzer for being conscientious in doing their jobs. What Duane did is like the Neighborhood Watch Program. You see something that is not normal and you report it to the authorities. It doesn't mean someone is guilty but that the situation should be further explored.
We need more people to ask questions when something doesn't seem right.
