Lenora Minnie (Anderson) Nelson, 91, of Bemidji, died on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday at the Nielson Place in Bemidji with Rev. Joe Holt officiating. The Jones-Pearson Funeral Home of Park Rapids assisted the family with arrangements.
She was born on March 5, 1915, near Obert, Neb. She was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Ponca, Neb. She taught Sunday school, was a member of the Bible class, a member of the WELCA, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her son, G. Bradley (Tammy) Nelson; and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thorval and Ida Anderson; brother, Leeland Anderson; sisters, Melvina "Mel" Palmer, Winifred "Win" Addison, Wilodyne "Peen" Domsch and Agnes "Snook" Pearle; husband, Gordon; infant daughter, Gaylene Dawn Nelson; and many relatives and friends.
